Those of us lucky enough to have bagged tickets for the completely sold out Many Singers Many Songs at Maryhill Community Halls at the weekend were treated to an outstanding line-up and some really incredible performances, and – news is just in – the event raised a truly PHENOMENAL total of £11,000 for Claire’s fund.
The night was devised and seamlessly run by Noel O’Donnell, Warren McIntyre, Jamie Houston and Yvonne Kincaid, with some help from a number of volunteers and the wonderful staff of Maryhill CCH. All of the performers gave of their time and talents for free, and the result was a night of beautiful music, poems and dancing. Well done to everyone involved!
